"When it comes to helping a patient, I strive to put myself in a day in the life. I try to get to the root of the problem and what a patient can unknowingly be doing, or not doing, to cause their ailments. My ultimate goal is to help the patient as effectively as I can, and with the most comfort possible. While at chiropractic school, I focused on patient comfort and response to treatment. To me, this is the most important. When the patient can feel the change, it allows them to feel the benefits on a more mindful level."

Our Philosophy

Whether through temperature changes, the food we eat, or the activities we do, the human body has an incredible ability to adapt to its environment. As it pertains to chiropractic practices, the physical activity we do and the posture we hold are some of the important factors that contribute to adaptions that our body can make. Our goal at Mac Chiropractic is to reset muscle and joint proprioception through patient-appropriate chiropractic adjustments and lifestyle changes that result in a healthier life.
